Refund policy
Did your beautiful Facing Beauty products arrived damaged? Please accept my apology.
But before I continue, here are some of the rules about refunds & returns.
You CANNOT get a refund for the following reasons:
~ you simply changed my mind
~ you saw the product/s you ordered went on sale after paying full price and you want to get it at the new sale price
~ you went on a shopping spree, overspent & now you can’t pay your credit card/BNPL/debit card/Relative/Friends or any other person or bank, back.
The only VALID reason for a refund is because your order arrived defected.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and meet the refund criteria outlined below.
Due to the personal nature of cosmetics, skincare and body care items, used or opened items cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us via: orders@facingbeauty.com.au
and use the subject line 'Refund request'.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds due to change of mind or because an item has gone on sale after you bought it.
We only refund or exchange items that are defected.
To be considered for a refund, the item must be returned to facing beauty (if you bought directly through us & not through one of our stockists). The postage is at your own cost. We strongly recommend you return the product via Registered post and insure your parcel. Facing Beauty is not responsible for loss, theft or damaged goods during transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace the same items if they are defective. We will not simply swap items. If you like another product, you'll have to purchase it.
