DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Facing Beauty ships in Australia only & via Australia Post. Facing Beauty offers FREE standard shipping on all orders, no minimum spend.

I work my butt off to get orders out as soon as humanly possible, but please note that they will be sent out 24 hours after you order. This applies to weekdays.

Although all care is entrusted to Australia Post to deliver within a reasonable timeframe of 7-10 days, once the parcel is in their trusty hands, speediness of delivery is out of my control. With the current shipping climate being rather delayed, please don’t come at me with undeserving abuse - I cannot control delivery drivers & Australia Post workers.

If you haven't received your beautiful products after a reasonable time & with you checking on your tracking to see where it actually is, please send me a polite email & then I’ll do my absolute best to research what’s going on with AustPost. But it is also your responsibility to contact AustPost and make a direct formal complaint about your product not arriving. There is only so much investigating, as a skincare formulator, that I can do on my end. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping for parcels [500g & under] is $15, approximately. For parcels [501g & over] is $20, approximately. These prices are subject to change if AustPost decides to increase their postage again, which they seem to do every 6 months!
